All gases are to be ordered through Central Processing Facility
accounting office by filling out this Cylinder Order Form. Please read the
Gases & Chemical
Ordering Instructions for further instructions. Items not
purchased through the Central Processing Facility may be used, but first
entered into inventory by filling out a New Substance Data Form before being brought into the facility. All items not
on inventory will be removed. Any questions please contact Ludie Harmon
